Introduction Bizarre and Strange Finds
Over the years I have recovered several thousand items. Some are common, some are rare, but in most cases it is not difficult to identify the item at least roughly and explain under which circumstances it has got there. In seldom cases, though, finds cause bewilderment and awe. In some cases it was possible to answer the questions raised by the find. Other remain mysterious to the present day.
